Your Role and Responsibilities

· Monitor daily order progress, identify order importance and urgency, communicate with customer about order status in time, ensure the delivery of the orders are according to customer request and stay in schedule.

· Coordinate to access order change or cancel impact according to customer request(delivery date, price, product information, etc.) and implement it.

· Monitor stock status, follow up customer delivery schedule, make sure to clear the long time stock.

· Familiar with customer requirement and collect relative feedback, coordinate with related resources to drive process optimization.

Qualifications for the Role

· Sc. Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, business management or project management

· 5 years of experience in project management

· Knowledge in SAP, trade and commercial

· Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement

· Communication and negotiation skill
