This Position reports to: Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Work Model: Onsite
This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation R&D in Bangalore, India.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be providing Financial Planning and Controlling expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensure financial governance & compliance through accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and adherence to regulations.
- Lead financial planning & analysis including budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, and variance analysis.
- Monitor expenditures, headcount, and productivity to align resource allocation with organizational priorities.
- Act as a strategic partner by delivering financial insights, supporting vendor negotiations, and influencing leadership decisions.
- Drive process improvement & transformation via standardization, automation, enhanced reporting, and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting.
- Professional certification preferred
- CMA or CA (qualified).
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with minimum 2 years in FP&A.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP FICO and COPA modules
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules: Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Projects, and Material Master
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-country teams
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality
