Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop inspection checklists based on project technical documentation of project. Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in accordance with product technical requirements. Conduct final inspections for product. Support customers in completing factory acceptance testing (FAT).

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions division in China. You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Final inspection: Conduct inspection and test products according to company standard procedures and project technical documents
  • Aid in handling NC products: For NC products, feedback accurate information and promote problem solving; Reinspect the treated products until they meet the requirements
  • Achieve production output according to production plan
  • Quality data collection: Fill in the quality record and form the quality report timely, ensure the information is complete and accurate
  • Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in products, inspection techniques, safety, etc.
  • Other: Follow team management, carry out daily safety inspection, audit, and equipment inspection & maintenance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above
  • At least 3 years related working experience
  • Familiarity with national standards and IEC standards related to medium-voltage switchgear or relay
  • Skilled in testing methods and technologies for medium-voltage switchgear or relay protection, with hands-on experience in operating relevant test equipment
  • Familiarity with Lean or L6S methodologies is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in oral English
  • Good communication, execution and teamwork skills
  • Strong quality awareness with continuous improvement mindset and ability to work under pressure
