Reports to: Global Project Operations Manager

Work Model: Hybrid

You will manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of master data to ensure consistency and reliability for the global business line Power Protection / Critical Power.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as Master Data SME for process improvements and creating related documentation for the Business Line
• Supporting Product Management in creating and maintaining accurate Master Data
• Collaborate with Controlling and Sales Operations on measuring business performance
• Work with front-end sales units (LSO), manufacturing units (MU) to maintain information properly
• Supporting pricing activities
• Maintaining and auditing master data across systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and a minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong understanding of ABB Products, SAP and PLM tools (preferably Windchill) and proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project management skills
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams
• Must be collaborative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ideally experience with both product and system / solution / packaging business
