Position Overview

Reports to: Digital Solution Engineering Manager

Location: Bangalore-Southfield, India

Business Unit: Process Automation Business for Digital Division

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sr software Engineer to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. The role requires one to responsible for AI/ML model validation, performance engineering, industrial data preparation, planning, automating simulation data and executing performance benchmark to deliver a product of the highest quality.

You will be mainly accountable for below:

• Design and review test development frameworks for machine learning models
• Work with ML engineers to make sure that functional & non-functional requirements are addressed
• Establish and improve metrics collection and reporting
• Incorporate research of industry trends and apply best practices in quality engineering practices used in evolving machine learning techniques
• Set up reference data generation pipelines using various sensors for capturing ground truth data
• Collect and maintain training and evaluation data based on the created test plans and test cases
• Integrate new data into existing ML models to track performance improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in computer science or equivalent from premier institutes
• Overall 8+ Years of experience with expertise in below:
• 5+ years of experience with Python along with exposure to Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kubectl
  • Exposure to Workflow orchestrations tools like Apache Airflow, Prefect, Meta Flow, Luigi
  • Machine learning frameworks e.g., Py Torch, Tensor Flow, ONNX
  • Exposure to Model serving in ML and working with frameworks like Tensor Flow Serving, Torch Serve, KFServing, Seldon, BentoML etc.
  • Understanding of machine learning techniques, data structures, algorithms, statistics
  • Expertise in developing automation pipelines & frameworks for verification of machine learning models
  • Experience setting up automated CI / CD environments (e.g., Git, Kubernetes) and ML content management systems (e.g., Supervisory)

Nice To Have

• Experience in Microsoft Azure ML platform
• Microsoft Azure Certifications
