Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model:

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team allocated to the project.

• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.

• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the Role:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical background.

• 1–3 years of experience in electrical service, engineering projects, installation or commissioning activities.

• Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling and risk awareness.

• Knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers and electrical installations.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.

• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with engineering, field service and sales teams.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate activities, track progress and support project execution.

• English B2 level is required, with the ability to read, understand and write technical documentation in English.

• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is considered an advantage.

• Motivation to develop a career in project management within ABB, with willingness to grow towards Project Manager certification.
