Position Overview

This Position reports to: Sales Manager

Your Responsibilities

市场开发与客户管理 | Market Development & Customer Management

• 负责安徽天长地区（可辐射周边滁州 蚌埠 宿州等地区）成套盘厂、维护与深度关系管理，达成销售目标。
• Responsible for developing and managing deep relationships with panel factory customers in Tianchang, Anhui and surrounding areas (Chuzhou, Bengbu, Suzhou), and achieving sales targets.

方案销售与推广 | Solution Sales & Promotion

• 向盘厂客户推广ABB全系列低压电器元器件及柜体配套解决方案（如断路器、接触器、方案等），配合提供专业技术选型支持。
• Promote ABB's full range of low-voltage electrical components and cabinet solutions (such as circuit breakers, contactors, solutions, etc.) to panel factory customers, and provide professional technical selection support.

渠道协同与管理 | Channel Collaboration & Management

• 与区域核心经销商协同工作，赋能合作伙伴，共同开拓项目机会。
• Collaborate with regional key distributors, empower partners, and jointly develop project opportunities.

项目全程跟进 | End-to-End Project Management

• 从前期技术交流、报价、投标到合同签订、负责销售项目的全流程管控。
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial technical discussions, quotations, bidding, to contract signing.

市场信息洞察 | Market Intelligence

• 收集、分析天长地区盘厂行业动态、市场信息及客户需求。
• Collect and analyze industry trends, market information and customer needs in the Tianchang panel factory sector.

Qualifications

经验与地域 | Experience & Location Knowledge

• 对天长地区及周边的盘厂市场、客户网络有深入了解或现成资源。
• In-depth understanding of or existing resources in the panel factory market and customer networks in Tianchang and surrounding areas.

行业知识 | Industry Knowledge

• 熟悉低压配电产品、元器件及成套设备技术知识，了解盘厂业务模式和业务流程。
• Familiarity with low-voltage distribution products, components and complete equipment technical knowledge; understanding of panel factory business models and processes.

核心能力 | Core Competencies

• 具备优秀的客户沟通谈判能力、独立开拓能力和商务公关能力。基础技术交流。
• Excellent customer communication and negotiation skills, independent business development capability and commercial relationship management skills; basic technical communication abilities.

个人特质 | Personal Attributes

• 结果导向，自驱力强，能承受压力，适应高频次客户拜访，诚信可靠。
• Results-oriented, self-driven, able to handle pressure, adaptable to frequent customer visits, trustworthy and reliable.

Anhui Province, Tianchang City, covering surrounding regions.
