Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Automatoin Business Area in Lima, Perú**.**You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.

  • Leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).

  • Overseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.

  • Defining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.

Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales within a relevant industry, with a strong track record of results.

  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies and market dynamics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders through strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
