This Position reports to:

Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities：
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

This role is contributing to the ELSE (service) business in Xiamen, China.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Execute engineering tasks using standard technologies and procedures, integrate basic design thinking and design excellence concepts into projects, and conduct design verification through checklists in accordance with standards and guidelines to ensure design quality.
• Provide technical support for project testing, installation and commissioning, coordinate with manufacturing and testing departments to ensure the effective implementation of technical solutions, and support technical risk assessment and implement risk reduction measures.
• Prepare project documents (such as plans, communication letters, material lists, etc.), engineering schemes and technical agreements in accordance with contract requirements, ensure that the bill of materials complies with contractual obligations, and avoid project leftover materials to meet gross profit margin requirements.
• Participate in project meetings, solve technical problems in contract performance, identify and implement contract changes, report issues related to contracts, safety, quality, etc. to responsible persons for promotion of solutions, and ensure that engineering activities comply with safety regulations and contract requirements.
• Follow work plans and cost estimates, collaborate with supply chain and project managers to fulfill contractual obligations, ensure the project delivers high-quality products on time and within the target cost, and share experience and lessons learned in relevant seminars.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree or above Electrical Engineering
• Two plus years experience in electrical engineering or project management, ABB experience is preferred, familiar with ABB low voltage MNS switchgear and ACB circuit break
• Electrical design Relay protection, factory power supply，power system or equivalent knowledge. Full understanding of engineering process and rule.
• CET-4 and above Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Have strong communication, coordination and team work ability and self-motivated, can independently deal with, analyze and solve problems
