Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a tenured member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area who owns a specific area of responsibility/topic within the function. Each day, you will improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery, by analyzing and proposing the plan of actions for the function. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Participating in defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility, in alignment with the group guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs, in your area of functional specialty.

• Providing support for special real estate initiatives.

• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance of ABB owned/leased/rented property databases and other relevant records.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, automation, robotics, mechanical, or a related engineering field.

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles as a facilities specialist.

• Previous supervisory and team management experience.

• Autonomy / Proactivity / Leadership / Teamwork.

• Experience in communicating across disciplines such as facilities, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, mechanical, compressors, utilities, and automation.

• Knowledge and interpretation of single-line diagrams (AutoCAD). E

• Experience in project management.

• Experience in budget management.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 50001 - corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.

• Intermediate English proficiency.
