This position reports to: Country ERP CoE Manager
As part of our organization's development, we are looking for an SAP ERP Functional Analyst to be part of our IS Services ERP Center of Excellence in ABB Motion. In this role you will act as a Functional Analyst for SAP Sales and Distribution and/or SAP Material management for the Baltics region countries including Finland. This role is open globally, but the preferred location is set in Jüri, Estonia. The work model is hybrid #.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Functional Analyst and configuration owner for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM), supporting ABB's ERP center of excellence (CoE) in the Baltics and Finland
- Drive the functional and technical design, configuration, testing, delivery, and continuous improvement of SAP Logistics solutions
- Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners, IS Service Managers, and external vendors to assess business needs and estimate effort for development and releases
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for internal and external development teams, ensuring technical feasibility and business relevance
- Ensure SAP solutions are designed and implemented in compliance with ABB IS standards and applicable local or global regulations
- Coordinate system development and configuration activities, maintaining integrity and continuity across ABB's ERP environments
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in business process development projects, contributing deep technical and process knowledge in logistics and ERP
- Support the migration and future landscape planning of ERP systems, including the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA within the Motion business area
Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, ideally in Information Systems, Information Technology, Logistics, or International Trade
- A few years of professional experience in relevant domains such as sales, logistics, supply chain management, and SAP application design and development
- Hands-on experience with requirements analysis, change management, and software lifecycle management within ERP environments
- Familiarity with IT frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL, Scrum, and Agile; knowledge of process development and quality management methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is considered an asset
- SAP certifications in ECC and/or S/4HANA are advantageous and demonstrate a solid understanding of SAP platforms
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills in Estonian, Finnish, or Russian are considered beneficial
