Mission Statement:

执行公司生产任务安排，确保正常生产的进行；执行公司生产工艺要求，确保产品质量符合要求。

Main Accountabilities:

1. 装配

按作业指导书指引，根据生产计划及工艺要求，按时按量生产出符合要求的产品。

1. 质量

按产品质量检验标准，在生产过程中执行来料、过程、成品的检验工作，确保生产过程符合产品质量要求。

1. 维护

按规定实施设备、仪器、工装夹具的点检保养工作。

1. HSE

严格执行安全生产要求，避免工伤意外发生；参与安全培训，上报发现的安全隐患；执行6S管理要求，确保工作环境整洁有序。

1. 成本

执行装配过程中有关质量和效率的成本控制要求，不浪费人、机、料等资源。

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

l 初中、中专、技校或等同学历；

l 机械、电子类专业或有装配工作经验优先；

l 头脑灵活，能吃苦耐劳，工作细心认真；

l 能参与倒三班运作。
