This Position reports to: Product Market Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Accountability of responsible product business with KPI's of orders, revenue and gross margin
  • Define and execute product sales strategy
  • Product positioning
  • Pricing
  • Target segments and applications
  • Channel management and development
  • Product marketing promotion plan
  • Product portfolio development plan
  • Market study
  • Follow up and study market requirements and trends
  • Collect and analyze competitor information
  • Acute sense of potential and new application
  • Prepare type selection and quotation for industry sales and region sales
  • Provide commercial and technical support for winning key projects and developing OEMs
  • Efficient communication and coordination with customers and ABB internal departments
  • Make and update sales forecast to operation teams for on time delivery with optimized inventory
  • Communication and feedback with Global accordingly team and factory

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelor degree in Automation or Electrical engineering
  • 5 years of experience in engineering or product management related

  • Drive products
  • Fully understanding of Drive products and market
  • Marketing and Sales related experience is preferred
  • Good English and Chinese communication skills (in word and writing)
  • Proactive attitude and willing to take challenges and encouraging & motivating others to do so
  • Good communication, problem solving and consultation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with other functions
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Hardworking, integrity, customer awareness
