Your role and responsibilities:

The Order Handling Specialist plays a critical role in the sales operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, customer management, and fulfillment. This position bridges the gap between sales and supply chain, maintaining high service levels and supporting business growth objectives.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Responsible for customer information management, contract review and creation
• Responsible for internal purchase order creation, material tracking and expediting, goods receipt and shipping documentation
• Collaborate with regional sales assistants and sales teams to ensure business operation KPIs are achieved (OTIF, Trade Compliance, Inventory Turnover Rate, etc.)
• Archive and manage related sales agreements, contracts, and related documents
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited
• 2+ years of relevant work experience; background in industrial automation, mechanical engineering or related industries is preferred
• Proficient in Office software; familiar with SAP system
• Good learning ability, data analysis capability, and stress resilience
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Clear logical thinking and well-organized approach to work
• Good teamwork and communication skills
