This Position reports to: Moulding Production Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality. Each day, you will execute the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. You will also showcase your expertise by operating machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions.

Your Responsibilities

• Performing routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and repairing and fitting simple replacement parts
• Ensuring regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any; and maintaining detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Keeping track of approved, defective units, and final products

Qualifications for the Role

• You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in / you enjoy working with relevant tools and methodologies in the relevant industry/sector market
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have multiple years of experience in the relevant field, working with relevant products or technologies
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in relevant specialized software/platforms
• You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around relevant soft skills
• Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of relevant specific degree or qualification in relevant subject
• You are at ease communicating in required language skill(s)
• You hold current required licenses valid in the job location and relevant country-specific VISA/work permit where required
