Role Overview
Reports to: Global Head of FP&A, Robotics
Work Model: Hybrid
Location: Bangalore, India (Robot & Discrete Automation)
About the Role
In this role, you will support development & execution of future strategy and direction of team. Ensure stability, quality, business continuity and act as a SPOC for issues and escalations. Providing FP&A expert service to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing and overseeing analysis of the financial results in your area of responsibility or team and coordinating the preparation of various management reports, including performance reports, commentaries on financial statements, etc., on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Evaluating the impact of strategic, financial, or other investment decisions
- Coordinating and overseeing financial planning processes and activities (e.g., financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting)
- Leading process improvement and cost saving initiatives to ensure and increase profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting; professional qualifications such as CMA, CA, or MBA Finance preferred
- 10–15 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, and Accounting, including proven leadership experience managing large teams
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated approach and commitment to quality
- Hands‑on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules; working knowledge of SD, PP, MM, PS modules and proficiency in MS Office
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end processes, systems, and data flows across business and finance functions
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead, engage, coach, and motivate diverse teams across countries
- Strong change management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English, with solid organizational skills and the ability to manage high transaction volumes while meeting deadlines
