This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

Join the administrative team at ABB Robotics Slovakia.

Your main focus will be order handling.

Specifically:

• Managing orders from entry to final delivery, with a strong focus on smooth execution and deadlines

• Communicating with customers and suppliers and coordinating individual steps in the process

• Preparing documentation for deliveries and organizing transportation

• Working in SAP – entering, checking, and managing orders

• Maintaining master data and asset records in SAP/MDG

Requirements for the role

• Secondary or university education (preferably in economics or administration)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• SAP experience is required (S/4HANA is a strong advantage)

• Fluent Slovak and at least B2 level of English

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate

• Flexibility and resilience under pressure - this role is part of a transition within ABB, s.r.o. to ABB Robotics Slovakia, so you will be working in a fast-moving environment where challenges can arise and need to be handled with confidence and clarity

Salary conditions: from 1500€ gross + variable performance-based component . The salary will be adjusted based on your experience
