This Position reports to: Technical Support Manager

The work model for the role is: #Li_Onsite

This role is contributing to the Motion Business based at Ahmedabad in India

Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to execute technical assignments. Each day, you will deliver technical solutions as per agreed timeline and standards using established solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the development of technical expertise solutions and services.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Determining offered solutions and product versions, including the extent of standard and non-standard solution scope to meet customer requirements
• Working independently using solid competency in technologies, tools, and methods to solve critical issues
• Supporting technical reviews and participating in core technical meetings
• Coordinating technical support for the resolution of technical issues

Qualifications

• Experience of failure analysis
• Experience of Drives/ VFD/ Servo Drives/ PLC/Application
• Open to visit customer
• Worked on Simulation/ Work on Matlab tool
• Worked on maintenance
• Full Time BE-EE or B. Tech E&C
