Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for incoming inspection and release of purchased parts/materials. Identify incoming quality issues, drive containment and closure, and continuously improve inspection standards and processes through cross-functional collaboration. Advocate and practice a 'zero-defect' quality awareness.

负责外购件/原材料的来料检验与质量评审，识别并推动来料质量问题闭环；参与优化检验标准与流程，支持供应商整改与跨部门协同，确保来料满足图纸、规范和质量要求，倡导并践行“零缺陷”质量意识。

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Perform incoming inspection per drawings, specifications and inspection plans (dimensions/appearance/function/material/packaging) and make disposition decisions. Handle nonconforming incoming materials: segregate, label, issue nonconforming report, support problem analysis (e.g., 8D/5Why), and follow up on disposition processes including rework, return, or concession. 按照检验标准（如图纸、检验指导书等）对各类外购零组件、成品执行来料检验（尺寸/外观/功能/材料/包装等），确保符合质量要求NCR/不合格报告，支持8D/5Why等问题分析，跟踪返工/退货/让步接收等处置流程。

• Maintain inspection data and records in the system (QMS) to ensure data is timely, accurate, and traceable. Proficiently use inspection tools/gauges for measurement and recording (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, profile projectors / vision measurement systems, roughness testers, hardness testers, etc.), and perform routine checks and maintenance as required. 在系统中维护检验数据与记录（QMS），确保数据及时、准确、可追溯熟练使用检具/量具完成测量与记录（如：卡尺、千分尺、高度仪、投影仪/影像仪、粗糙度仪、硬度计等），并按要求进行日常点检与维护。

• Participate in the creation and continuous improvement of incoming inspection standards, sampling plans (AQL), and inspection SOPs.

• Comply with safety, 5S, and relevant regulatory requirements (such as ESD, hazardous chemical/measurement management, etc., as applicable to the position).Develop and maintain certification e-learning packages and conduct annual training for ABB R&D, Product management, and Quality teams. 参与来料检验标准、抽样方案（AQL）、检验作业指导书（SOP）编制与持续优化；遵守安全、5S及相关合规要求（如ESD、危化品/计量管理等，按岗位适用）。

• Based on the master production schedule and parts arrival, dynamically manage the monthly work hours to ensure production and inspection efficiency. 基于生产主计划和零件到货，动态管理每月排班工时，保证生产和检验效率。

Qualifications for the role:

• Associate degree or above, preferably in Mechanical, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quality, Materials, or related fields. 大专及以上，机械、机电、质量、材料等相关专业优先。
• Minimum 3 years of incoming inspection/IQC experience in manufacturing; experience in mentoring or senior inspection roles is preferred. 3年以上制造业来料检验/IQC经验；有带教经验或高级检验岗位经验优先。
• Proficient in using common measuring tools,experience with vision measurement systems is a plus,experience with SAP/QMS systems is a plus. 熟练使用常见量具；会使用影像仪者优先；会使用SAP/QMS系统优先。
• Basic English reading and writing skills,conversational English ability is a plus. 具备基础英文读写能力（能看懂英文图纸/规范/供应商报告），口语可沟通者加分。
• Strong sense of responsibility, good integrity, communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure, adaptable to shift work / overtime. 责任心强，原则性与沟通协调能力好，能承受一定压力；可适应倒班/加班。
