This Position reports to:

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

Roles and responsibilities:

• Accounting, allocation, and reporting of functional costs. Accounting
• Advising invoice booking , creation of month end accruals.
• Management of hosted resources charges
• Monitoring cost by variance analysis of budget v/s forecast
• Identify deviations, and appropriate action plan such as Actuals, Invoicing,

reclass

• Provide inputs to business partnering for forecast/budgetting and trend analysis

• Po creation in compliance with P2P policies of ABB (ie. MDF codes, Correct GL,

CC etc)

• GRIR ageing/Vendor Ageing/customer Ageing analysis

• Ensure IG is complete and accurate (with no surprises)

• Qualifications for the role• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Finance or Accounting, CMA/ MBA Finance/MCOM preferred

• 1-3 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands on experience in SAP modules preferred.

• Experience with MS Office
