Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: {onsite}

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Responsible for ABB instrument-related business in the Henan region and to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
  • Focus on tracking key projects in the Henan region.
  • Develop and support sales channels in the responsible area.
  • Develop and expand EPC and OEM customers in the Henan region.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, Automation, Mechanical Equipment, or other related engineering disciplines.
  • English proficiency at level 4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of independently handling related English business and technical documents.
  • At least 8 years of work experience in the industrial or municipal fields, with no less than 6 years of sales experience, preferably with experience in instrument sales and a good understanding of the market situation.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and dedication.
  • Good execution ability, communication skills, and team spirit.
  • Good stress resistance, able to adapt to high-intensity work
