In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, order, and payment-related assistance to meet target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your skill by supporting the meeting of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

This role is part of B&R Industrie-Automation AG in Frauenfeld**.You will be mainly accountable for**

• Order & offer management
  Entering customer orders in SAP, invoicing orders, and preparing quotations

• Scheduling & coordination
  Tracking delivery dates and schedules, acting as an interface with the production site in Austria

• Customer & stakeholder communication
  Handling customer correspondence via email in German, English, and French

• Cross‑functional support
  Managing the telephone switchboard in German and French and collaborating closely with Sales and Engineering

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in commercial education or technical studies with additional commercial training; candidates switching from other professions are welcome

• Genuine interest in technology with a high willingness to learn and develop

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office

• Comfortable communicating in German; knowledge of French

• Authorized to work in Switzerland
