Your role and responsibilities

• Responsible for process planning and development; create and maintain production working instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement and optimization of assembly processes; supervise and verify the effectiveness of process implementation.
• Manage process quality control and drive continuous improvement of First Pass Yield.
• Responsible for raw material quality control and supplier quality management.
• Organize and conduct skills training and assessments for production line operators to enhance overall skill level of the team.
• Actively support and complete other temporary tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications for the role

• Background in quality or process engineering from a joint venture or foreign-invested enterprise, with solid knowledge of electromechanical product assembly processes.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field; minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience including process quality management.
• Quality Engineer is preferred.
• Proficient in PFMEA, QCP, and common quality management tools; capable of independently analyzing and resolving quality issues.
• Familiar with Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
