This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Reports to: Customer Support Supervisor

This role is contributing to the RA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Handle purchase orders, contract signing, and related documentation to ensure compliance
• Conduct inquiries, price comparisons, and negotiations to ensure competitive procurement costs
• Track delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Develop, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain
• Maintain and update procurement system data with accuracy
• Assist in handling exceptions such as returns and supply risk management

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility to ensure accuracy in procurement processes and data
• Analytical skills to identify improvements from data insights
• Proactive and able to work efficiently under pressure to resolve issues
• Familiar with procurement processes and ERP systems, and willing to learn new tools
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good English proficiency for communication with international suppliers
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience
