Your role:
In this role, as Local Business Line Manager for Low Voltage Systems (LVS) you will be responsible for the Profit & Loss, operational performance, business growth and strategy implementation for the Local Business Line.
The work model for the role is: Onsite
This role is contributing to the Low Voltage Systems, Smart Power Division, Electrification Business Area in 10th of Ramadan, Cairo, Egypt.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Implement the Division and Global Business Line strategy in LBL, ensure profitable business development, including profit and loss (P&L), in domestic and allocated markets.
- Participate in Local Business Line strategy development and deployment as per Global Business Line (GBL) strategy.
- Develop proactive strategies to increase business profits, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions as needed.
- Focus on achievement of operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost, Requested On-Time Delivery (ROTD), improvement in project margin in execution, Transactional Net Promoter Score (TNPS), Productivity and cost reduction.
- Implement localization plan and develop Extended Workbench Partners (EWP).
- Execute business unit/business line quality strategy. Drive quality improvement through target setting, monitoring, and benchmarking to continuously improve processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience preferably in similar Industry, minimum 2 years managing P&L responsibility in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Ability and confidence to work in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in project business with end-to-end responsibility in execution of project business (i.e. engineering, project management, supply chain, manufacturing and quality)
- Strong leadership skills.
- Solid managerial experience that will let you manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Result oriented and setting high standards of quality in own work.
- You are at ease communicating in English and Arabic
