Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role, you will support the Motion NEMA and IEC motors sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process. You will act as a key technical resource, preparing technical descriptions of products and technologies, estimating costs, and developing final documentation.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion NEMA and IEC motors sales area in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and solutions to customers, channels, and Sales Specialists regarding ABB products, systems, and applications.
- Conduct analytical and diagnostic assessments to determine the optimal technical solution and address complex customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, resolve specific customer issues, and support the achievement of targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensure fulfillment of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and within the designated countries.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with motors and/or drives.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of IEC and NEMA standards.
- Experience managing OEM accounts is desirable.
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Pumps markets is a plus.
- Experience working with one of the main competitors is considered a differentiator.
- Valid visa and passport are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
