This Position reports to: Finance Manager

Acts as a strategic business partner to the relevant business manager, leading local finance teams to optimize financial performance within the assigned division or business area. Supports effective decision-making by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate business alternatives and recommend appropriate solutions. This role is contributing to the Hub Finance Function in Saudi Arabia for the Installation Products Division.

Key Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Partnering with the region hub controller in AMA to manage and drive strategy, delivering profitable growth in the Middle East, while supporting the Marketing & Sales Director IMEA as required in the pursuit of Division objectives.
  • Monitoring the financial performance of the local business, ensuring accurate forecasting, detailed analysis and control of all aspects of financial performance, and closely managing cash performance while taking action to improve working capital.
  • Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business-specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control processes, while leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improving operations, work quality, and efficiency, while securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling with demonstrated achievements and past performance
  • Established skills from a similar role or business, supported by strong Microsoft Office/computer skills and reporting tools
  • Hands-on experience in SAP considered an advantage
  • Passionate about developing yourself and enjoy challenges
  • At ease communicating at all levels within the organization
  • Proven track record of capability, professionalism, and communication excellence, backed by solid technical skills and relevant finance expertise
