Reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues. In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business by penetrating into the Installed Based, promoting Medium & low voltage service like maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB
  • Understand the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plan(s) when needed
  • Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios and using CRM (Sales Force)
  • Build long-term business relationships with existing and new customers

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in electrical engineering or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in the electrical segment, MV & LV service
  • Knowledge of SAP, Sales Force, medium & low voltage technical skills
  • Experience to deliver tailored solutions to customer needs
  • Mindset to innovate, take ownership and drive improvement
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is not mandatory but it's a plus
  • Willingness to travel
