Reports to: IS Technology Manager (IS Manager)

We are looking for a skilled and collaborative IS Solution Architect with a strong background in both front‑end and back‑end development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing scalable solutions, delivering high‑quality code, and driving best engineering practices across diverse teams. Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and robust software solutions using modern front‑end and back‑end technologies, including highly available messaging queue systems
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our development practices
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements
• Promote high code quality through clean code principles, code reviews, and automated testing
• Develop and maintain applications leveraging ReactJS on the front‑end and .NET 4.8 / .NET Core on the back‑end
• Work with AzureDB and MSSQL to build and optimize database solutions
• Contribute to our DevOps strategy by working with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Google Cloud, and tools such as Rancher or Sentry to enhance deployment and monitoring processes

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a track record of successful solution design
• Strong front‑end development experience, ideally with ReactJS (Angular is a plus)
• Solid back‑end expertise with .NET 4.8, .NET Core, and message queue systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with AzureDB and MSSQL; Java and knowledge of configuration engines (e.g., Configit ACE) is a plus
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of clean code principles and modern software development practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an inclusive, collaborative team environment
