This position reports to: District Sales Manager
This role is part of the ELIP Sales Organization, and its primary objective is to meet or exceed the business goals and objectives defined by the District Sales Manager. The Sales Specialist executes strategies jointly formulated between the VP Regional Sales and Regional Sales Manager. This position is accountable for specifying, selling and becoming the industrial and commercial Products Expert of the entire ELIP division, more specifically in the Greater Montreal area and surroundings.
Work model: Hybrid
Territory: Montreal and surrounding areas of Quebec
Responsibilities
- Formulate customer target sales plans and execute them in your region while supporting other Sales colleagues across the entire ABB Divisions
- Identify business opportunities and log them in the Company CRM
- Maintain the opportunity pipeline by following precisely the Customer Procurement Process for each customer in your portfolio
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Act as the SME for e Mpower and our products and tools
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of Sales experience with demonstrated track record
- Technical College or Business Degree, or equivalent
- Project Management experience
- Understanding of low and medium voltage electrical components
- Good knowledge of electrical systems
- Good knowledge of low voltage offering
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
- French is required
- English is also necessary for regular communication with customers outside Quebec
