This role is contributing to the Smart Building division in China.

Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Responsible for low voltage product development mechanical design or redesign (for example, circuit breaker and its accessories, Surge Protection Device, Smart Auto-Reclosing Breakers, Power Meter, Building Automation, etc.) according to the global market requirements
- Contribute significantly in technology/product development by identifying, proposing and implementing innovative mechanical design solutions
- Lead the project team on mechanical design and deliver results on quality and time
- Mechanical parts design, simulation, drawings and materials selection
- Metal and plastic parts material analysis, selection and test
- Define product specification and verification test scheme according to relevant products requirements and standards
- Collaborate with testing team to perform R&D verification test
- Solve technical related problems from production and market
- Write related technical documentations
Qualifications
- Master degree, major in mechanical engineering and material related professional
- At least five years' experience in mechanical design and two years' in project management
- Experience in low voltage product development and simulation is preferred
- Good knowledge in ProE/CreO and familiar with PLM operation
- Much experience in mechanical design, familiar with the process of metal punching and plastic injection, and experiences on kinematic and dynamic mechanical simulation are preferred
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral
- Good communication skills
- Highly responsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work
- A very strong learning ability and pragmatic spirit
- Has a positive progressive attitude under pressure to work
- Leadership and project management skills
