Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a tenured member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area who owns a specific area of responsibility/topic within the function. Each day, you will improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery, by analyzing and proposing the plan of actions for the function. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility.

This role is contributing to the Real Estate team in Guadalajara.
Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Review, analysis, and validation of suppliers’ daily activities to ensure correct execution in accordance with ABB regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with the work schedule and enabling the issuance of work permits by Real Estate.

Preparation of weekly progress reports comparing planned vs. executed work (execution and financials).

Review and registration of documentation related to Social Security, SUA, and suppliers’ DC3 certificates to ensure compliance, as well as processes for personnel access.

Risk management for construction work: identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the tasks.

On-site inspections and supervision to ensure compliance with daily work progress and NOM-031-STPS-2011, as well as other applicable regulations depending on the nature of the work.

Inspection of suppliers’ machinery, tools, and materials for proper approval in accordance with regulations, ABB guidelines, and work scope.

Inspection of work areas to ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness by the supplier.

Attend and participate in training and information sessions on occupational health and safety applicable to suppliers.

Development and follow-up of the emergency response plan for suppliers.

Understand and apply the ABB Way standard to contractor activities.
Qualifications for the role

You are immersed in working with Construction and the Industry market
-
You have 3 years of experience in Industry construction
-
Highly adept in AUTOCAD
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
