Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses. Each day, you will execute assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to ensure compliance and to foster professional development.

This role is contributing to the Automation Measurement & Analytics division in San Luis Potosi, S.L.P.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supply chain support in procurement process
• Follow up with suppliers regarding POs, invoicing process, on time delivery
• Processing discrepancies or variations between supplier invoices
• Coordination with the Warehouse Coordinator and the SCM team
• Report generation

Qualifications for the role

• 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Excel management required. SAP management as a plus.
• Experience with suppliers management.
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced English communications skills
