Position Overview
Reports to: Service Sales Manager
Au sein de la division Service de l'activité Electrification, vous êtes le moteur du développement commercial en France. Vous assurez le déploiement de la stratégie auprès de votre portefeuille clients, en valorisant l'ensemble de notre offre de services.
Responsibilities
- Identifier et développer de nouveaux clients afin d'élargir le portefeuille existant et renforcer la présence d'ABB sur le marché
- Promouvoir le portefeuille complet de services : contrats pluriannuels, solutions de retrofit, packages d'installation clé-en-main, solutions de conseil
- Mettre en œuvre des plans d'actions commerciaux ciblés et actualiser la base installée
- Relancer et suivre les opportunités via Salesforce, dans le respect des procédures internes
- Être présent tout au long du cycle de vie des produits pour garantir la satisfaction client
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes projets, chiffrage, administration des ventes et qualité
- Porter les valeurs de sécurité et d'intégrité d'ABB dans toutes vos actions
Qualifications
Education
- Bac+2 minimum en électrotechnique ou génie électrique, idéalement complétée par une spécialisation en commerce ou marketing produit
Experience
- Plus de 5 ans en vente B to B, auprès de clients finaux dans le Building Automation, l'industrie et/ou les infrastructures critiques (hôpitaux, data centers, aéroports…)
- Bonne connaissance des équipements de distribution électrique HTA/BT
Skills & Language
- Anglais technique requis, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
Mobility
- Déplacements en IDF principalement + Ouest France, ponctuellement à l'étranger
