Job Summary:

We are seeking a Local business Line HR Business Partner to join Energy distribution Local Business Line, ELSB Business China. This is a role requiring a proactive, innovative HR professional who can drive business value through people initiatives. You will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business needs into impactful HR solutions.

Main Accountability:

Strategic Partnership & Business Impact

  • Partner with business leaders to understand and contribute to overall business and people strategy
  • Take full accountability for HR's contribution and value-add to the business in collaboration with HR COE and HR operation
  • Translate business needs into actionable people initiatives that support delivery of business goals through effective HR solutions

HR Excellence & Execution

  • Determine and deliver the optimal HR approach within your area of responsibility, executing HR priorities that add tangible business value
  • Support the business through all HR processes across the end-to-end employee lifecycle
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal governance requirements

Change Leadership & Organization Development

  • Facilitate change management initiatives and drive behavioral change and continuous improvement across your business
  • Foster effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization
  • Build and develop effective, capable, and high-performing teams
  • Drive talent development, performance management and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability

Innovation & Project Leadership

  • Participate in and drive HR projects that support business goal achievement and enhance employee experience
  • Bring innovative ideas to fruition, challenging the status quo to deliver breakthrough results

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience with Minimum 5 years in HR leadership and HRBP roles, preferably within a multinational company (MNC) and manufacturing, operations environments
  • Strong expertise in talent development, organizational development, performance management, and related HR function
  • Business Acumen: Ability to quickly understand business needs and provide practical, business-driven HR solutions
  • Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to bring creative ideas to fruition and drive meaningful change
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong facilitation and coaching capabilities
  • Execution Excellence: Strong project management and execution skills with proven ability to drive HR initiatives and change management effectively
  • Experience and understanding of digital HR tools, systems to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and data-based people management
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
