This Position reports to:

Cluster Manager NAM and LBL Manager CA:

Your responsabilities

• Perform due diligence review of certain contracts and legal documents

• Perform legal research on matters of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance

• Support integrity and ethics initiatives, including internal assessments and policy alignment

• Perform web searches and background checks for due diligence reviews

• Ensure proper handling of confidential information and adherence to internal data‑protection standards

• Perform data entry in various tools

• Perform clerical tasks (copies, filing, scanning, etc.…)

Qualifications

• Be a university student in law

• Bilingualism, written and spoken (French and English). French required. English is also required as this position will service internal and external clients from other provinces

• Excellent organizational, communication, accuracy and reliability skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
