Reports to: Global Engineering Manager

Work model: Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site project activities to ensure profitable execution of deliverables in line with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during start-up, construction, commissioning, and maintenance phases
• Supervise equipment availability, civil works, structural and piping construction, and perform mechanical testing
• Launch pre-commissioning operations, oversee instrumentation and cable installation, conduct electrical testing, and calibrate instruments
• Verify equipment compliance, train clients, complete mechanical and electrical handovers, and support commissioning and performance testing

Qualifications

• BTS or BUT in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
• Knowledge in process, mechanical, electrical, or automation systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in an international environment
• Determined, organized, able to prioritize, autonomous, client-oriented, with a strong sense of integrity and safety
• Fluent in French and English
• Available to travel over 210 days per year abroad (mainly in Asia)
