This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Soft Bank is a globally recognized technology group and investor/operator focused on AI, robotics, and next-generation computing. By joining us now, you'll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Work model: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and obtain key customers/VPs in relevant fields, maintaining them to increase profitable sales in robotics applications
• Work with Application Center to develop technical solutions to meet customers' requirements and close the deal
• Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets together with the team
• Deliver the annual sales target in both quantity of robots and sales revenue
• Submit weekly reports and update project pursuit list on a timely basis
• Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing, new applications road show, etc.)
• Close monitor the competition in the market and collect market status and trend, reporting to team leader timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in industrial automation/mechanical engineering
• At least 5 years of work experience in the PCB or semiconductor industry
• Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills
• Native English speak level would be preferred
• Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team
• High flexibility and work hard
• Proactive, aggressive and initiative
