This position reports to: Commercial and Operations

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

Work Model: Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solution in ABB.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team allocated to the project
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued
• Involving in continuous improvement and simplification
• Ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
• Supporting in improving guidelines, tools, and templates
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related technical area
• Minimum 4 years' experience in project management / order execution
• Extensive knowledge of electrical design in Medium Voltage products, especially in switchgear and secondary compact substation (favorable)
• Attention to detail, self-starter, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills, and result-oriented
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
