岗位描述Job description：

• 严格按照操作规程操作确保测试区域内人身和设备安全.

Follow instructions strictly and guarantee the safety of person and equipment in testing field.

• 根据测试程序对产品进行最终检验和测试，确保产品符合出厂标准；

Conduct final checking and testing according to work instruction to ensure the product conforming standards before delivery.

• 整理和存档产品质量的数据，支持发货质量的持续提升；

Well document product quality record and support delivery quality improvement.

• 参与制定和更新测试指导；

Prepare testing work instruction and keep updating in time.

• 改进测试流程、工具、设备和仪器以提高效率，保证质量；

Improve testing process/tools/equipment and instruments to improve efficiency and product quality.

• 充分理解测试系统配置，需要时对测试系统的进行升级；

Fully understand the configuration of testing system, and update testing system if needed.

• 维护和保养测试工具、设备和仪器使其在完好状态。

Maintain all the tools/equipment and instruments to ensure them in good condition.

• 在工作中,不断进行专业知识的积累和学习,使自身的素质与技能不断提高并与公司业务需求同步发展.

Continually accept and learn related knowledge, develop ability and skills to meet the requirement of company business growth.

要求Requirement：

• 大学本科学历，自动化或电气工程相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree in automation or electronics engineering

• 良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力；

Good cooperation and communication as good team player

• 良好的英语听说读写能力；

Be good at English in reading, writing and speaking

• 一定的抗压能力
