Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:
- Einholen und Dokumentation von Lieferantenerklärungen
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der kaufmännischen Auftragsabwicklung wie z.B. Versandabwicklung einfacher Sendungen oder kostenloser Lieferungen (national / international), Abwicklung von Gutschriften und Auszahlungen an Kunden
- Unterstützung in der Forderungsverfolgung z.B. durch Klärung offener Posten (per Mail/Telefon)
- Mitarbeit an Prozessverbesserungen (Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Prozessen)
Qualifikationen für die Rolle
- Laufendes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
- Mindestens 1,5 Jahre verbleibende Studiendauer
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
- Interesse an kaufmännischen Prozessen und deren Abwicklung
- Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Bearbeitung von Aufgaben und Projektmitarbeit
- Gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
