Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

• Prepare monthly financial reporting package, consolidate and analyze financial data to track and assess performance against targets and benchmarks. Support business decisions and actions by profitability analysis, cost & expense analysis of different dimension. Provide management reports and analysis based on business requirements.

• Responsible for Local Division SOD Management, including SAP authorization check, SOD review, etc.

Conduct credit assessment and credit review. Facilitate budgeting and rolling forecast process by communicating guidelines, timetables and templates. Conduct balance sheet analysis and valuation in general bad debt, warranty provisions, accrued expenses etc., support NWC improvement by AR, AP, Inventory analysis.

• Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.

Ensure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and business requirements, maintain proper audit trail and documentation for future internal & external audits and reviews.

• Other tasks assigned by Local Division Controller.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 3+ years working experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Excellent skill on MS Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in SAP and data analytical tools such as Power BI preferred.
• Good communication skills. English proficiency in speaking and written.
