Position Details

Reports to: Vedúci oddelenia Servis MO

Model of work: Hybrid

Salary: From €1,800/month variable component. The stated amount represents the minimum guaranteed base salary. The actual base salary will be adjusted according to your skills and experience.

About the Role

Join our team of experts! We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to take care of electric drive maintenance for our customers. If you have a technical mindset, enjoy solving challenges in the field, and want to work with innovative technologies, join us!

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and service – handling customer orders, repairs, and service interventions on-site
• Technical support – solving technical problems and providing expert advice
• Customer training – helping customers better understand our products and how to use them correctly
• Administration – preparing documents for invoicing and recording service activities
• Testing new technologies – the opportunity to participate in innovative projects

Qualifications

• Degree or education in electrical engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing low-voltage electrical equipment and electric motors
• Professional certification per Slovak decree 508/2009 § 22
• Fluent English and Slovak for communication with customers and suppliers
• Proven independence, reliability, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Flexibility to travel for field assignments
• Availability for overtime and on-call duties when required
• Experience with frequency drives is a strong advantage
