About the Role
In this role, you will take business requirements from concept to production, delivering AI solutions that are impactful, scalable, and secure. You'll work closely with data scientists, engineers, service owners, and business stakeholders to design, build, and deploy AI applications that meet enterprise standards and deliver measurable business value.
This Position reports to: IS Global CX Analytics Manager
Responsibilities
- Own the full AI product lifecycle: from design, development, and testing to deployment and scaling
- Build and integrate AI applications with front-end interfaces and APIs for enterprise use cases
- Ensure solutions follow best practices in software engineering, security, and responsible AI
- Collaborate across multiple teams, aligning technology with business needs
Requirements
- Master's in Computer Science, Applied/Computational Mathematics, or related field with AI specialization
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML product development and enterprise-scale deployments
- Proven expertise with Azure:
- Azure AI Studio, Foundry, and OpenAI services
- Azure API Management & Infrastructure
- Azure cloud ecosystem for AI workloads
- Strong experience in API development and integration
- Solid experience with front-end integration in AI-driven applications
- Technology stack: Python, C#, Snowflake, Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes, .NET Framework
