Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.

The work model for the role is: #L-On-site
This role is contributing to the ELDS team and stakeholders in San Luis Potosi.

• You will be mainly accountable for- Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.

• Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.

• Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.

• Training local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement.

• Qualifications for the role- Technical Career Certificate or Bachelors degree in Engineering required.

• 1 year of experience in Quality areas.

• Knowledge of Quality tools (5whys, 8Ds, Control Charts).

• Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 is a plus.

• Good communication skills.
