Your Role & Responsibilities
Reports to: EL Commercial Operations Manager
Work Model: Onsite with 10 home office days a month
The Commercial Excellence Program manager leads the Sales Excellence program that focuses on commercial sales and marketing activities and ensures the successful implementation of critical commercial initiatives. The role is instrumental in addressing and redesigning processes to fit go to market design, driving consistency, and enabling scalable growth. Reporting to Commercial Operations, the Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver the Sales Excellence project on time and within scope.
Following completion of this initial program (expected within ~12 months), the role will continue to drive Commercial Excellence initiatives and improvement projects that strengthen sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational alignment. Identifying barriers to execute and improving processes for clear roles and responsibilities and agility of the commercial functions.
This position will be part of a small global team, working closely with a dedicated Sales Communications & Enablement specialist, as well as commercial leaders across the organization. As we build stronger global functions, and remove barriers to execute, the goal is to free up more time for customers focused activities and profitable growth for the division.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Lead and deliver Commercial Excellence initiatives including sales productivity programs, process optimization, CRM (SFDC) adoption, data governance, pricing excellence, and future tools implementation
- Redesign and standardize sales processes by aligning workflows, governance, forecasting, and performance tracking with organizational and market needs, ensuring forecast accuracy and consistency across regions
- Embed organizational change and enablement by partnering with business leaders, Sales Communications and Enablement, and global and local teams to drive sustainable transformation and empower sales teams
- Own and report key commercial KPIs (sales productivity, profitability, efficiency, market share) and drive continuous improvement across cost-to-serve, sales effectiveness, and channel performance, aligned with market and competitor insights

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on sales transformation, commercial excellence, or business process improvement
- Strong business acumen with an MBA and/or consulting background
- Proven track record in driving performance management and optimization programs
- Experience leading large, global, and multicultural teams both directly and indirectly
- Skilled in managing complex cross-functional projects in an international environment
- Excellent problem-solving, process reengineering, and change management capabilities
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills for building compelling messages and business cases for C-level approvals; additional languages are a plus

Compensation
The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 66.676,26 - 81.580,80 EUR annual (depending on experience and training) for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be happy to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
