Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: #
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Low Voltage IEC motors within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
This role is contributing to the Motion – Induction Motors in Catalonia.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.

Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value propositions to customers.

Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.

Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
You will join an experienced, dynamic and talented team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the Role:
-
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or similar academic backgrounds
-
You are immersed in working with Sales Force, Sales 7 habits, customer intimacy, and the COG, Pulp and Paper, Water, HVAC… markets.

You have around 5 years of experience in Sales

You are passionate about communication, leadership, problem‑solving, empathy, strategic thinking…
-
You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English. Catalan will be a plus.
-
You hold valid driving license (B1) in Spain
