Role Overview
Reports to: Partner & OEM Channel Sales Manager
Work model: Onsite
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution
- Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Prepares sales plans using company tools
- Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
- Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures transactions, contracts and proposals are closed effectively by using effective sales techniques
- Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
- Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers
New Market Opportunities
- Identifies and leads the development of new market opportunities in the designated market
- Ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
Qualifications
- Graduated from Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Control and Automation Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Product and market knowledge of LV drive systems and PLC/Servo
- Knowledge of key industries such as Mining, Metal, P&P, COG, Cement & Power is a plus
- Advanced English skills
- Knowledge of Turkish
- Teamwork and customer-oriented profile with effective communication skills
- No obstacle for travelling
