Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to apply improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing/Logistics) to optimize material flow, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. This role is key to transforming operational culture and ensuring quality standards. The ultimate goal of this specialist is to create a more agile and streamlined work environment—scalable and efficient—achieving high value with minimal use of resources.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Division in San Luis Potosi..

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Identifying, leading, and developing productivity projects that optimize workflow and eliminate waste (muda) for Continuous Improvement.
• Standardizing and creating work instructions, updating and maintaining process documents, business rules, and operational flowcharts.
• Measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure warehouse efficiency.
• Improving the physical organization of the warehouse (layout) to facilitate the movement of goods.
• Training warehouse teams in new work methodologies.

Qualifications for the role

• Industrial Engineer, Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and tools to logistics and warehouse management processes .
• Practical experience in 5S, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Kaizen, Kanban.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills and use of visualization tools (Power BI) to create performance dashboards.
• Knowledge in workflow design (Picking, Receiving, Packing)
• Advance English
