This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Soft Bank is a globally recognized technology group and investor/operator focused on AI, robotics, and next-generation computing. Responsibilities:

Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers.
-
Market mapping and building a partner network within the assigned sales area.

Active sales of robots, standard functional packages, and projects from the ABB Robotics portfolio.

Collaboration with the entire team to deliver the best possible and tailored offers for customers in the assigned area.

Regular reporting of work and active tracking of progress.
-
Cooperation with the global team (GKAM – Global Key Account Manager, Global Application Centers) in developing solutions for local business units of ABB Robotics Global Accounts

Preparing and conducting sales meetings and presentations, online events, and participation in industry events.
Your Competencies:
-
Higher technical education (preferred fields: Automation, Robotics, Mechanics and Machine Building, or related).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. Very important experience in the industrial automation market.

Very good knowledge of the industrial robotics market in Poland – knowledge of trends, development directions, and technologies.
-
Experience in building business relationships with individuals and organizations of diverse business profiles.
-
Ability to work in an international environment.
-
Ability to concisely report on your work, present key conclusions, and define action plans.

Highly developed communication skills, experience in conducting presentations (sales presentations/conferences).

Very good command of English.
